Itinerary
Day 1
- You’ll be collected by your guide for the 2 days from your accommodation in the Durban or surroundings areas at 8am.
- The first stop of KwaDukuza where you’ll learn more about the Zulu nation, their military tactics and weapons.
- After this we head directly along to Isandlwana, passing the battlefields of Gingindlovu and Nyezane.
- Once at Isandlwana it’ll be time for lunch followed by an in depth tour of Isandlwana.
- Finally we head onto our hotel for dinner and relaxation.
Day 2
- After a hearty breakfast you’ll check out and then head to Fugitives Drift with your guide for a short presentation of what happened at the crossing.
- Next up we head to Rorkes Drift for tea and coffee and an amazing tour of the actual site.
- Finally you’ll head back to Durban, arriving at approximately 6:30pm.
